Biography
Beth Howard graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science where she was named Most Outstanding Senior Political Science Student. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Georgia State College of Law. While at Georgia State, she competed on the Student Trial Lawyers Association Team and advanced to the Regional Semi-Finals in both the American Bar Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America competitions.
She is a member of both the State Bar of Georgia and Alabama State Bar. Beth was honored on the “Georgia Rising Stars” list in 2010, 2012 and 2013 in Atlanta Magazine’s Law and Politics.
Beth’s practice includes workers’ compensation defense, product liability and general litigation. She has presented numerous seminars on topics regarding workers’ compensation claims strategy, trial techniques, mediation and negotiation strategy, communications with physicians, and defense strategy.
