Biography
Greg Ragsdale is a native of Columbus, Georgia. Greg graduated from the University of Georgia in 1986 with a degree in Political Science. He subsequently graduated from the University of Georgia’s Lumpkin School of Law in 1989. Following graduation from law school, Greg practiced at a mid-sized Atlanta law firm before joining The Finley Firm, P.C.
Greg is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Georgia and handles cases throughout the State, concentrating his practice in general civil litigation, with an emphasis in workers’ compensation, premises liability, and personal injury defense. He has tried a substantial number of cases in these areas. Greg is very active as a trial attorney and consultant to Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Greg has authored several articles involving employment law and workers’ compensation issues and has served as a featured speaker at seminars in Georgia in these areas of practice. He is an AV-rated trial attorney and member of the State Bar of Georgia. He was selected as Georgia Trend’s 2009 Legal Elite: Georgia’s Most Effective Lawyers.
