Catastrophic Injury
Catastrophic injury litigation covers liability issues for extremely serious injuries that may result in permanent disability, long-lasting medical conditions, and a shortened life expectancy. These injuries are so substantial that they generally affect at least one entire system of the body. Punitive damage claims are often at issue along with general liability and related compensatory damage allegations. Commercial Litigation

Construction Litigation
Our attorneys handle legal disputes relating to construction projects, including commercial building contracts, real estate disputes and other disputes concerning complex commercial projects. We also handle disputes arising from legal issues relating to bonds and securities, construction and builders’ liens, and other construction claims requiring arbitration.
