The 9th Annual Phenix City Mayor’s Ball, an event aimed at raising funds for local scholarships and non-profits, took place at the end of June. Attorney Nick Jackson and Marketing Director Brittnee Gray helped put on this event and served as Chair of the Fundraising Committee and Chair of the Marketing Committee alongside Mayor Eddie Lowe, First Lady Deborah Lowe, and the rest of the Committee.
While helping to promote the community through financially supporting local youth and non-profit organizations, the event was also a night full of dancing, dining, and entertainment. The black-tie event took place at the Columbus Trade and Convention Center where actress Vivica A. Fox was a featured speaker.
In 2021, the Mayor’s Ball Committee provided over $60,000 in scholarships and non-profit grants, and this year Nick and Brittnee’s work helped make the Ball a great time and a huge success!
