Attorney Ben Finley recently served as a judge for Auburn University’s Tiger Cage Business Competition. The competition’s kick-off took place in September. After four rounds, the judges have narrowed the contestants down to the finalists. Ben Finley will be one of the judges determining which student’s start-up will be this year’s Tiger Cage winner. The finals will take place on March 25, 2022, at Horton-Hardgrave Hall on Auburn University’s campus.
The Tiger Cage Business Idea Competition is held annually by Auburn University, specifically the Harbert College of Business. The competition is held to identify and support products or services in the early stage of development. Students receive the opportunity to describe their idea and pitch it to a group of judges. Students compete for a share of $50,000 for their start-up. This competition has been held annually since 2015 with great success for the winners.
